Our 60-Night First-Night Promise

We believe you'll feel Prelude the very first night. If you don't, you shouldn't pay for it. If Prelude doesn't work for you, email us within 60 nights of delivery for a full refund of your purchase price — and you keep the bag. No return shipping, no hassle, no hoops.

What "feel it the first night" means

We want to be straight with you, because trust matters more than hype. The first-night effect is a felt shift you'll notice — the mental noise going quiet and a calm, present steadiness (that's the L-theanine and green tea doing their work), along with the start of a warm, physical build. It is not a promise that you'll climax, squirt, or reach a specific physical result on night one — no honest botanical can guarantee that, and anyone who does is overselling. What we do stand behind: you should feel something real that first night, and the deeper physical response tends to build over the following weeks. If you take Prelude as directed and genuinely feel nothing that first night, that is exactly what this promise is for — email us for a full refund, and keep the bag.

How to request a refund

Email hello@rouseritual.com with your order number and the email address you used at checkout. We'll process your refund to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days of approval. You do not need to ship anything back.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund right away.

Subscriptions

If you're enrolled in a subscribe-and-save plan, you can pause, skip, or cancel at any time before your next billing date from your account or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund shipments already sent (those are covered by the First-Night Promise above).

Founding / transitional packaging

During launch, some orders may arrive in plain transitional packaging while our signature pouch finishes production — same 30 gummies, same formula. This does not affect your First-Night Promise.
