We want your Rouse Ritual order to reach you quickly, discreetly, and with full tracking. Here's what to expect.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. You'll receive an order confirmation by email right away, and a second email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

During our founding launch, standard delivery within the United States typically takes 7–14 business days from the date of shipment. We're a small, fast-growing brand fulfilling every order by hand — thank you for your patience as an early customer. Your founding price and First-Night Promise are locked in regardless of shipping time.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order. Each package ships in discreet, unbranded packaging — no one will know what's inside but you.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the U.S. and would like to order, contact us and we'll let you know if we can accommodate you.

Delayed, lost, or damaged packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ days, or your package arrives damaged, email us at hello@rouseritual.com and we'll make it right — a replacement or a refund, your choice.
